At Vintage Fitness and Health we understand the more mature body and what’s needed to maintain it – and having fun while you do so. We run small group classes tailored to the over 55s.

Vintage Fitness Personal Training
Personal training is about learning to understand the body’s health and fitness requirements and to help you achieve these goals. We will guide you to understand and manage your own health and wellbeing. It is not only an exercise program but a period of motivation, self-awareness and education.
Personal training is an individual program designed and completed in an individual setting. No matter what your level of fitness, all that matters is that you achieve the goals you set out to do. Working at your own pace, we will help you to succeed.
Vintage Fitness Outdoor
Vintage Fitness Outdoor is small group training but in the great outdoors. Like in the indoor classes, we use specialised exercise programming, with an emphasis on proper technique and building your confidence. It’s all aimed at making you fitter, stronger and more flexible.
